What counts as an hour
The duration of the audio you transcribe, counted once when the transcript lands. Re-reading, searching, editing, and exporting cost nothing.
When hours run out
New transcription pauses until your hours reset or you move up a plan. Everything already in your workspace stays open, including export.
Invoices
Creem is the merchant of record, so every payment comes with a proper invoice for expense claims and grant accounting, and reverse charge is handled for VAT-registered institutions.
